Kimmer Production

From volume calculation to MAPEG and ÇED reports, in one application.

Kimmer Production calculates cut, fill and stockpile volumes from your survey data. You design benched pits and dumps to a target volume; cross-section and Brückner tables, the phasing and reclamation sheet, and the MAPEG and ÇED reports come out of the same project.

What it does

Calculation, design, tables and sheets stay in one project; change the design and they all update with the same numbers.

  • Cut, fill and net volumeBetween two surveys, inside the licence boundary or a zone you draw; in cubic metres and tonnes.
  • Finds stockpiles and excavationsSeparates every stockpile and excavation between two surveys and gives the volume of each.
  • Design to a target volumePits and dumps with bench height, berm width and face angle, to the cubic metres or tonnes you ask for.
  • Cross-sections and BrücknerSection profiles, the cross-section table and Brückner values.
  • Phasing and material balanceVolume, tonnage and area per phase; whether the dump has the capacity, shown as a number.
  • Slope faces and coordinatesFinds slope faces in an area you draw, with angle tables; converts between ED50, WGS84 and TUREF.

A Kimmer Production project: a benched excavation design with its ramp and a seven-bench dump, on terrain from survey data. The material balance on the right shows that the swollen excavation volume does not fit the dump.

Recalculate one of your filed reports

Share the survey data behind a report you have already filed; we recalculate it together in Kimmer Production and put the results next to your own numbers. Your data is not shared with anyone.

  2. We open a demo licence.Install KimmerHub; the licence is assigned to your account.
  3. Side by side.We reproduce the volumes, sections and tables of your report together.

What it opens

LAS LAZ XYZ CSV TXT GeoTIFF GRD DXF SHP KML E00

Opens point clouds, grids and vector data without conversion. KML and SHP also serve as the licence boundary.

What it produces

ÇED report (PDF and CSV). MAPEG sheets: topographic and geological at 1:25,000, phasing, reclamation and site plan at 1:5,000; PDF and georeferenced DXF. Phasing and reclamation sheet, cross-section PDF, design, bench and section DXFs, CSV tables.

Requirements

Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), installed with KimmerHub. No internet needed while it runs. Interface in English and Turkish.

What you can ask Kimmer AI here

Tell the application what you need: the AI assistant opens the data, runs the calculation and prepares the output. If you prefer, connect your own AI assistant.

About Kimmer AI

  • Compare two surveys taken on different dates, find every stockpile and excavation, and give me the volume of each as a table.Kimmer Production
  • Inside the licence boundary, design the benched pit that yields 2 million tonnes at a density of 2.6 t/m³ and give it to me as DXF.Kimmer Production

Try it on your own data

We open a time-limited demo licence for you and, if you like, set up the first project together.
