Kimmer Explore brings your drillhole, sample, assay, QA/QC and permit records into one database that belongs to your company. No record is ever deleted: every correction is kept as a new version, and the old state, who changed it and when, stays visible.

The samples, assays and QA/QC results of one drillhole, with the record history below. With sample data.

What it does

Everyone on the team looks at the same current data; nobody has to ask which file is the latest.

  • Drillholes, samples and assaysCollars, surveys, lithology, samples and assays, together with the lab certificates. Values below the detection limit are stored as reported, never as zero.
  • Import with a previewYou see what a file would change before anything is saved. Faulty rows go to quarantine, where you fix and resubmit them. Files with Turkish characters and decimal commas read as they are.
  • History that staysEvery correction is a new version and the old state is kept. You see who changed what, and when; you can look at any past version and undo an import step by step.
  • QA/QCStandards, blanks and duplicates are evaluated automatically on every assay import. A rejected result is recorded with its reason; trends and lab comparison on one dashboard.
  • Permits and drillingPermits, obligations, environmental impact procedures, correspondence and payments, with upcoming deadlines in one list. Drilling programmes, rigs and shift reports, with meterage tracking.
  • Team and permissionsRoles per project: data manager, field geologist, approver, viewer. You add team members by e-mail address and withdraw access whenever you need to.

What it opens

Lab results, drilling and field tables with column mapping; files of any kind, such as reports, photos and certificates, go to the project archive.

What it produces

Tables as CSV and XLSX, collars and hole traces as GeoJSON. You can also export a table exactly as it stood in any past version.

Requirements

Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), installed with KimmerHub. A permanent internet connection: your data is kept in a database reserved for your company, over an encrypted connection. The database accepts connections only from the networks you register; we set up your office and site networks together during installation. Interface in English and Turkish.
